Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter

Really excited to give a positive rating to a sewer/plumbing company. Electric Drain and Sewer Rooter came in and did a fantastic job at literally a third of the price that I was quoted by another company. Reasonable rates, fast service, came on time, and fixed the issue. Five stars. Highly recommend.

Riley and Mike were great. They were wonderful guys. They were neat and clean with their work and cared about our home. They were fast and careful and thorough. They had the clog cleared in no time!! Electric Rooter’s price was less than one half of the price of any of their competition. If I could light up more than the “five stars” here, I would!! Save yourself some time, especially when you’re trying to get this major pain taken care of and just call these guys!

From calling the office to schedule an appointment to the completion of the job, everything went smoothly. Everyone we interacted with was helpful. The techs who were in our home were respectful and fixed the problem. They also took the time to explain how to prevent it in the future. I've used them before and will again.

The service was incredible! The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and determined what was causing the problem that was preventing us from getting hot water to our bathtub. After carefully explaining our different options, he helped us choose what we felt was best. He wasn’t trying to sell us on anything, and gave us a very detailed description of our different options. He got the problem fixed, and everybody is very happy! I would recommend these guys to anybody looking for outstanding service at a great price.

I have used Electric Drain for several years with my immediate and extended family. They are polite, professional, and very good at what they do. All of the techs and office staff are so caring and helpful. I won’t use anyone else.

Korby and his team Came out for a second opinion on my septic tank line. The first crew did not take the time and effort to power flush all the way to the tank. I thought I would’ve had to do a new Leitchfield and dig the septic system up. These guys show up on time as promised and within 45 minutes, had the entire line free of debris. I would hire again and again.

Things started off poorly when at 5:30 P,M, on Friday I was notified that the plumber would not be arriving as scheduled and I could talk to the dispatcher on Monday to reschedule. Since I have renter who would have no plumbing for the weekend I was greatly concerned. Shortly after 6 P.M. as I was trying to find a solution, Riley called and said he was on his way. He worked quickly and efficiently and soled everything for me.

South Salt lake sent two guys from electric drain & Sewer to unclogged the sewer line. When I asked what it was caused the clogged they told me that they couldn’t tell me and since I was not paying for the service they couldn’t tell me anything and they were there just to run the cable though it and set the toilet back on. I saw the plumber wiping the floor with a rag a couple times. I got the feeling they wanted to be out there, like I was the last customer they help. After they left I turn on the shower upstairs for 5 minutes and went downstairs to see if it was draining properly, and find out that water was coming out from the linoleum on the floor. Even if I was not paying for the service, they were working in my house, in my bathroom. They should talk to me about what it was going on. Terrible service. If you want to avoid stress from what is already happening, with people like that causing more stress I would recommend stay away from this company.
